مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى مدرسي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم (Arabic)

Mathematical Communication Skills among High School Mathematics Teachers from their Supervisors' Perspective. (English)

This study aim س to investigate the teachers' mathematical communication skills from their supervisors' perspective. A descriptive and analytical methods have been used to achieve the research objectives. The sample consists of (174) male and female supervisors who have been chosen randomly. A descriptive questionnaire consists of five categories distributed on the sample. The study has found that the mean of mathematical communication skills of the teachers in Saudi Arabia was 3.29 out of 5, therefore the teachers' mathematical communication skills were at the average level. Furthermore, the results have revealed that there were statistically significant differences at level (α ≤ 0.05) between the performance of male and female teachers in favor of female teachers in all mathematics communication skills. هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى مدرسي الرياضيات من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مشرفي ومشرفات الرياضيات في جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية، وعينة الدراسة من (174) مشرفاً ومشرفةً، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تكونت من خمسة محاور لقياس مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى المعلمين والمعلمات. وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لمهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية بلغ (3,29) من (5)، لذا فإن مهارات التواصل الرياضي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية تقع في المستوى المتوسط. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات الذكور والإناث من المدرسين في كل مهارة من مهارات التواصل الرياضي الخمسة (التحدث، القراءة، الكتابة، الاستماع، والتمثيل الرياضي) وفي التواصل الرياضي ككل لصالح الإناث (المعلمات).
