      The study consisted of analyzing the training of the administrator from the didactics of the educational communication in the Industrial Management Project (PGI) of the National Experimental University "Rafael María Baralt" (UNERMB) Miranda municipality, Zulia state, with the theoretical contributions of Bautista and col (2014), Escobar (2015) and Gracia et al (2018), it was analytical, not experimental, field; The analysis yielded as conclusions that there are adequate conditions from the basic training process and the training bases: distinctive characteristics and formal dimensions suitable for the university to provide the manager with managerial and communication skills and knowledge applicable to the profession.       El estudio consistió en analizar la formación del administrador desde la didáctica de la comunicación educativa en el Proyecto Gerencia Industrial (PGI) de la Universidad Nacional Experimental "Rafael María Baralt" (UNERMB) municipio Miranda, estado Zulia, con los aportes teóricos de Bautista y col(2014),Escobar (2015) y Gracia y col (2018), el mismo fue analítico, no experimental, de campo; el análisis arrojó como conclusiones que existen condiciones adecuadas desde el proceso de formación básico y las bases de formación: características distintivas y dimensiones formales adecuadas para que la universidad dote al administrador de habilidades gerenciales y comunicacionales y conocimientos aplicables a la profesión.
