Ideology and large estate owning in Latin America.

The birth of the State in Latin America is exposed, and the way in which its modern liberal foundation played an ideological role in the service of the land acquisition based on social and economic domination in the territory. Such presumption is based on the fact that it wasn't the republican ideas associated with the nonsubmission of the individual's free-will and common good that prevailed in the region, but rather than that, the formation of political systems was undertaken starting from modern liberal ideals that universally gathered the interests of different social groups within the monarchical state, but in practice, favoured the oligarchy and the foreign bourgeois, by establishing land appropriation dynamics and the salaried labour of peasants and indigenous people. Se expone el nacimiento del Estado en América Latina y la manera en la que su fundamentación liberal moderna jugó un rol ideológico al servicio de la dominación socioeconómica en el territorio fundada en la adquisición de la tierra. Dicho presupuesto tiene como base el hecho de que no fueron las ideas republicanas asociadas al no sometimiento de la voluntad personal y el bien común las que primaron en la región, sino que, la formación de los sistemas políticos se llevó a cabo a partir de ideales liberales modernos que recogía de manera universal los intereses de los diferentes grupos sociales dentro del estado monárquico, pero en la praxis, favorecieron la oligarquía y la burguesía extrajera, al establecer dinámicas de apropiación de la tierra y la mano de obra asalariada de campesinos e indígenas.
