      The objective was to analyze management and innovation through their impact on whether or not the company remains in Venezuela. Contributions from Solano (2016), Ferrin (2018), Arenas and Bayón (2020), De la Cruz (2018), among others, were used. The research was analytical, applying as an instrument a questionnaire of fifteen (15) items directed to thirteen (13) managers from different work areas in the state of Carabobo. It is concluded that organizational success depends on managerial training, commitment and adaptation to technology in the new normalcy, to maintain both productivity and a better lifestyle.       El objetivo fue analizar la gerencia y la innovación mediante su impacto en la permanencia o no de la empresa en Venezuela. Se utilizaron aportes de Solano (2016), Ferrin (2018), Arenas y Bayón (2020), De la Cruz (2018), entre otros. La investigación fue de tipo analítica, aplicándose como instrumento un cuestionario de quince (15) ítems dirigido a (13) gerentes de diferentes áreas laborales en el estado Carabobo. Concluyéndose que el éxito organizacional depende de la formación gerencial, el compromiso y la adaptación a la tecnología en la nueva normalidad, para mantener tanto la productividad como un mejor estilo de vida.
