تدريب معلمي العلوم حديثي التخرج على دمج المستحدثات التكنولوجية في تخطيط الدروس في ضوء متطلبات التعلم الرقمي

Training Newly Graduated Science Teachers to integrate Technological Innovations In planning lessons In light of digital learning requirements.

The current research aimed to gain newly graduated science teachers at the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, the performances of integrating technological innovations in the planning of science lessons according to the basic stages of the 5E model, through a training environment proposed by the two researchers in two forms (electronic - Face to face), in addition to detecting the trends of the research sample towards technological integration in the teaching of science. To achieve this goal, the current research used case study design procedures in order to have rigorous and accurate monitoring of how students interactwith sample research with lesson planning experience during the proposed training environment, and then study the performances of each student teacher specimen in depth. The current research relied on a sample of 15 teachers. Each teacher's performance in science lesson planning was assessed in model 5E using a grade list designed for this purpose, and also in integrating technological innovations during the lesson plan using a grade list designed for this purpose. The research sample trend gauge has also been developed towards technological integration in science teaching. The results revealed that the proposed training environment had an impact on the performance of student teachers, the performances of science lesson planning in the 5E model, and the integration of technological innovations to a degree of near-excellent (high performance) as well as the detection of some shortcomings in the proposed training environment. . The results also revealed that the degree of availability of technological integration in the research sample was ok, with the average computational scale as a whole (3.93) and a relative average (78.6) and the values of approval for technological integration in the sample members ranged from (4.37 to 3.00) and percentages ranged from (4.37 to 3.00) and percentages ranged from (4.37 to 3.00) Between (87.39 - 60.00). The research recommends in-service training courses for science teachers that include the development of skills to integrate technological innovations into teaching. استهدف البحث الحالي اكساب معلمي العلوم حديثي التخرج بكلية التربية جامعة طنطا أداءات دمج المستحدثات التكنولوجية في تخطيط دروس العلوم وفق المراحل الأساسية لنموذج دورة التعلم الخماسية 5E Model، وذلك من خلال بيئة تدريب مقترحة من قبل الباحثتان ذات شكلين (إلكتروني - وجها لوجه)، بالاضافة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات عينة البحث نحو دمج التكنولوجيا في تدريس العلوم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم البحث الحالي إجراءات تصميم دراسة الحالة من أجل أن يكون هناك مراقبة حثيثة ودقيقة لكيفية تفاعل الطلاب المعلمين عينة البحث مع خبرة تخطيط الدروس خلال بيئة التدريب المقترحة، ومن ثم دراسة أداءات كل طالب من الطلاب المعلمين عينة البحث دراسة متعمقة. واعتمد البحث الحالي على عينة قوامها (١٥) معلم ومعلمة. وقد تم تقدير أداء كل معلم في تخطيط درس العلوم وفق نموذج 5E باستخدام قائمة تقدير معدة لهذا الغرض، وتقدير أدائه أيضا في دمج المستحدثات التكنولوجية خلال خطة الدرس باستخدام قائمة تقدير معدة لهذا الغرض. كما تم إعداد مقياس اتجاه عينة البحث نحو دمج التكنولوجيا في تدريس العلوم. وقد كشفت النتائج عن أن بيئة التدريب المقترحة كان لها أثر في اكساب الطلاب المعلمين عينة البحث أداءات تخطيط دروس العلوم وفق نموذج 5E مع دمج المستحدثات التكنولوجية بدرجة تكاد تقترب من الممتاز (بمستوى أداء عالي) بالاضافة إلى الكشف عن بعض جوانب القصور في بيئة التدريب المقترحة. كما كشفت النتائج عن أن درجة توافر الاتجاة نحو الدمج التكنولوجي لدى عينة البحث كانت بدرجة موافق حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي للمقياس ككل (٣.٩٣) ويمتوسط نسبی (٧٨.٦%) وان قيم الموافقة على الاتجاة نحو الدمج التكنولوجي لدى أفراد العينة تراوحت بين (٤.٣٧ - ٣.٠٠) وبنسب مئوية تراوحت بين (٨٧.٣٩% - ٦٠.٠٠%). ويوصي البحث بعمل دورات تدريبية لمعلمي العلوم أثناء الخدمة تتضمن تنمية مهارات دمج المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس. وإعادة النظر في المقررات التي تقدمها كليات التربية من حيث تطويرها ودمجها للمستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس.
