قياس العلاقة بين النفقات الاستثمارية العامة والاستثمار المحلي في العراق للمدة (2018-2004).

Measuring The Relationship Between Public Investment Expenditures And Domestic Investment In Iraq For The Period (2004-2018) .

The study aimed to know the impact of public investment expenditures on local investment in Iraq and analyze the relationship between them. The study community represented local investment in Iraq for the period (2004- 2018). The study sample included the general economic sectors, namely (the industrial sector, the buildings and services sector, the transport and communications sector, The agricultural sector, the education sector, and education), and the analytical method was used. The study found that the Iraqi economy is vulnerable to crises and external events due to the fact that it depends on the oil sector to achieve its revenues through which public spending is financed. It also concluded that the standard estimates were able to pass the statistical and standard tests, as the determination coefficient (R2) indicates that the variable The independent general investment expenditures were able to explain 78% of the changes in local investment, and the model parameters were significant depending on the value of the calculated (t) test and at a significant level (5%), as well as for the significance of the entire model based on the (F) test. The study recommended the necessity of creating a post-oil economy or reducing dependence on it to supplement the national economy, by creating a kind of balance in the structure of the national economy and serious planning for the development of various economic sectors and increasing their investment allocations. هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر النفقات الإستثمارية العامة في الإستثمار المحلي في العراق وتحليل العلاقة بينهما، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالإستثمار المحلي في العراق للمدة (2004-2018 ،(وشملت عينة الدراسة القطاعات الإقتصادية العامة وهي (القطاع الصناعي، قطاع المباني والخدمات، قطاع النقل والإتصالات، القطاع الزراعي، قطاع التربية، والتعليم)، وقد تم إستخدام الاسلوب التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة الى إن الإقتصاد العراقي سريع التأثر بالأزمات وا لكونه لأحداث الخارجية نظراً يعتمد على القطاع النفطي في تحقيق ايراداته والتي من خلالها يتم تمويل الإنفاق العام، كما توصلت الى أن التقديرات القياسية استطاعت أن تجتاز الإختبارات الإحصائية والقياسية، إذ يشير معامل التحديد (R2 (إن المتغير المستقل وهو النفقات الإستثمارية العامة إستطاع أن يفسر 78 %من التغيرات الحاصلة في الإستثمار المحلي، كما إن معلمات النموذج كانت معنوية اعتماداً على قيمة %)، وكذلك الحال لمعنوية النموذج بأكمله اعتماداً اختبار (t (المحتسبة وعند مستوى معنوية (5 على اختبار (F [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
