Sheik Muhammad AL-Sanad and his method in the study of jurisprudence rules- the base of religious rites a model.

The researcher mentioned the life of Sheik AL-Sanad, his academic and Walhawzawia studies, and the most important professors of the Sheik by mentioning some of his writings, and that Sheik AL-Sanad was among those who discussed the jurisprudence in a new way. It is somewhat different from what was known about the methodology of jurists in studying the rules of jurisprudence, as Sheik AL-Sanad tried to simulate reality and search for solutions to his problems, and the emergence of contributions, by proposing new rules in their content to achieve this goal, and among those rules discussed by the Sheik (Religious rituals) is one of the innovations of the rules in the Imamiyya, as no special research was devoted to it as the jurisprudential rule but rather was presented as a separate body and the researcher asked Nakad Tibin how he presented Sheik AL-Sanad with his applications mentioning the stability of the participants in the Islamic dream. ذكر الباحث حياة الشيخ السند ودراسته الأكاديمية والحوزوية وأهم أساتيذ الشيخ مع ذكر البعض من مؤلفاته، وأن الشيخ السند من الذين بحثوا في القواعد الفقهية بإسلوب جديد ومغاير نوعاً ما لما عُرِفَ عن منهجية الفقهاء في دراسة القواعد الفقهية، إذ حاول الشيخ السند محاكاة الواقع والبحث عن حلول لمشاكله، وتنظيراً لمشتركاته، من خلال طرح قواعد جديدة في مضمونها في سبيل تحقيق تلك الغاية، ومن تلك القواعد التي بحثها الشيخ قاعدة (الشعائر الدينية) وهي من مستحدثات القواعد عند الإمامية، إذ لم يفرد لها بحث خاص كونها قاعدة فقهية وإنما طرحت كمسائل متفرقة، والتمس الباحث ذكرها ليبين كيفية طرحها عند الشيخ السند، مع ذكر تطبيقاتها لإثبات المشتركات عند المذاهب الإسلامية.
