    • Abstract:
      The objective of this work is based on analyzing the succession of companies. In this work an analysis of the aspects related to this problematic of studio is realized. The research is descriptive, comprehensive and interpretive. It was concluded that in the end the legislator has tried to be a mediator between the employer and the workers in order to seek to produce the most favorable legal consequences for both in this process of business transfer. As a proposal, it is suggested that the courts and other supervisory bodies continue to monitor these issues in order to maintain the meaning and scope of the legal norm in these cases of transfer of companies.
