Coronavirus: el acto médico desde lo jurídico y los derechos humanos en Colombia / Coronavirus: The medical act from legal and human rights in Colombia

RESUMEN En el presente trabajo se reflexiona sobre la aparición del covid-19, su conceptualización, características y síntomas, así como también los cambios provocados en la esfera del acto médico desde la aparición de la pandemia, expresada en la relación médico-paciente, desde un enfoque legal y de derechos humanos. Se concluye que esta crisis ha afectado directamente la esfera legal y los derechos y deberes en la relación médico-paciente que está sufriendo cambios. ABSTRACT This paper reflects the appearance of the covid-19, its conceptualization, characteristics and symptoms, as well as the changes caused in the sphere of the medical act since the appearance of the pandemic, expressed in the doctor-patient relationship, from a legal and human rights approach. It is concluded that this crisis has directly affected the legal sphere and the rights and duties in the doctor-patient relationship that is undergoing changes.
