Faire entendre sa voix : solidarités combattantes et interventions féministes dans le processus de paix colombien

Cet article examine la contribution des femmes ex-combattantes des Farc aux négociations de paix ayant abouti à l’accord signé en 2016 entre la guérilla marxiste et le gouvernement colombien. Plus particulièrement, il s’attache à montrer la façon dont la mise en place, à la table des négociations, d’une sous-commission pour le genre a permis aux représentantes de la délégation des Farc de construire une identité stratégique réinvestissant leur expérience de la lutte armée au service de leur engagement féministe. Au travers de la formulation du « féminisme insurgé », les femmes ex-combattantes des Farc ont négocié leur repositionnement sur l’échiquier politique du post-conflit colombien à la fois en tant que femmes, mais aussi en tant qu’ex-combattantes, un précédent dans l’histoire de la participation des femmes aux négociations de paix. ; This article analyzes the contribution of women ex-combatants of the FARC to the peace negotiations that led to the agreement signed in 2016 between the Marxist guerrilla group and the Colombian government. More specifically, it shows how the establishment of a gender sub-commission at the negotiating table enabled the representatives of the FARC delegation to build a strategic identity, allowing them to use their experience of armed struggle for a feminist commitment. Through the formulation of “insurgent feminism”, the women ex-combatants of the FARC negotiated their repositioning on the Colombian post-conflict political scene both as women and as ex-combatants, setting a precedent in the history of women’s participation in peace negotiations.
