Gestión del talento humano clave para la pedagogía del reconocimiento

This article proposed to analyze the management of human talent as a key to the pedagogy of recognition in university teaching. I address the theoretical review of the contributions of Olmos, Sánchez and Correa, 2016; Hatum, 2016; Cabrera and Bonache (2016), emphasizing the relevance in society of research teachers prepared and recognized for the demonstration of their skills. The research is of a documentary nature, and various strategies of theoretical analysis were used for the methodological approach. The conclusion is that the recognition of university teachers is linked to the work of human talent management in each educational institution. ; Este artículo se propuso analizar la gestión del talento humano como clave para la pedagogía del reconocimiento en el docente universitario. Abordo la revisión teórica de los aportes de Olmos, Sánchez y Correa, 2016; Hatum, 2016; Cabrera y Bonache (2016), destacándose la relevancia en la sociedad de docentes investigadores preparados y reconocidos por la demostración de sus competencias. La investigación es de tipo documental, para el abordaje metodológico se utilizaron diversas estrategias de análisis teórico. Se concluye que el reconocimiento al docente universitario está vinculado con la labor de la gestión del talento humano de cada institución educativa.
