الفكر الإصلاحي لدى تاج الدين السبكي 727 – 771هـ/ 1327 – 1370م في كتاب "معيد النعم ومبيد النقم".

اتخذ السبكي من فكرة الكتاب الأساسية منهج لإصلاح المجتمع فلا يكون شكر النعمة إلا بالقيام بواجباتها حفظها والتزام لأحكامها الشرعية، أوجب على السلطان أمورًا تدوم بها الولاية والملك، أولها هو القيام على مصالح الأمة ورعايتها، وعدم تغافل عن مصلحة الرعية، فقد هيأ العمل القضائي للسبكي وغيره من العلماء دراسة المجتمع والاطلاع على أسباب الفساد فيه وطرح الفكر الإصلاحي له، فلا يخلو عصر من العصور من العلماء أصحاب الفكر الإصلاحي، ولكن أوكلوا وضع ذلك الفكر موضع التنفيذ إلى السلطة الحاكمة وأرباب الوظائف العليا، الذين جعل صلاحهم صلاح للمجتمع، وقد جعلهم المسؤولون عن حماية الحدود وتجنيد الجنود، وتطبيق الحدود، والتزام الشريعة الإسلامية والرفق بالرعية وعدم ظلهم لأن ظلم الرعية يذهب بالمناصب، وعلق أمانة حفظ مال المسلمين في رقابهم، وأن يتورعوا في مصادره، فلا يأخذون المال دون وجه حق، وكذلك مصارفه فيما ينفع مصالح المسلمين، كما أوكل إليهم مراقبة العملة وهي الذهب والفضة لأن غشهما يقلل من قيمتهما كما حض على لعناية بالعلماء فهم سبيل الناس للصلاح وأوجب على الوالي تعيين فقيه في كل قرية، هذا علاوة على التأكيد على أن ظلم الرعية يذهب بكل نعمة ويكون سبب البلاء الدولة.
