The experiment aimed to systematically review the research progress and current status in the field of mulberry leaves through bibliometric methods. Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WoS) databases as literature data sources, CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze mulberry leaf related literature published from 1996 to 2024, revealing the development trends and hotspots in this field. The results showed that the research field of mulberry leaves had gone through three periods of exploration, development, and prosperity, showing a fluctuating growth trend overall. A research system centered around Chinese scholars and institutions had been formed in this field, and the collaboration network between authors and institutions was relatively close, but international cooperation still needs to be strengthened. The research hotspots mainly focused on optimizing the extraction process of mulberry leaf polysaccharides, the effects of mulberry leaves as feed additives on animal growth performance, and the application of mulberry leaf bioactive ingredients in the medical field. The study shows that mulberry leaf research has formed a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary research system with China as the core, and research hotspots are gradually expanding from basic extraction processes to high-value utilization (such as feed resources and biomedical applications). Future work should strengthen international cooperation, deepen the mechanistic analysis of active ingredients, and advance industrial applications to promote the comprehensive development and utilization of mulberry leaf resources. 试验旨在通过文献计量学方法系统梳理桑叶领域的研究进展与现状。以中国知网(CNKI) 和Web of Science (WoS) 数据库作为文献数据来源, 利用CiteSpace 软件对1996--2024 年发表的桑叶相关文献进行可视 化分析, 揭示该领域的发展脉络和热点方向。结果显示, 桑叶研究领域总体上经历探索、发展、繁荣3 个时期, 整体呈现波动增长趋势。该领域已形成以中国学者与机构为核心的研究体系, 作者与机构合作网络较为紧密, 但国际合作仍有待加强。研究热点主要集中于桑叶多糖提取工艺优化、桑叶作为饲料添加剂对动物生长性能的 影响, 以及桑叶生物活性成分在医学领域的应用等方面。研究表明, 桑叶研究已形成以中国为核心的多学科交叉 体系, 研究热点逐渐从基础提取工艺向高值化利用(如饲料资源和生物医学) 拓展。未来需加强国际合作, 深化 活性成分作用机制解析及产业化应用研究, 以促进桑叶资源的综合开发与利用。.
