يتناول هذا البحث البعد الأخلاقي في القرآن الكريم، مركزاً على سورتي مريم ولقمان، من خلال تفسير التحرير والتنوير للطاهر بن عاشور، الذي يقدم رؤية مقاصدية وبلاغية للنص القرآني. يبرز البحث أهمية دراسة القيم الأخلاقية بوصفها ركيزة أساسية في بناء الفرد والمجتمع، ويهدف إلى تحليل المنظومة الأخلاقية في السورتين، وتصنيف القيم الواردة فيهما إلى فردية واجتماعية وروحية، مع إبراز التكامل بين البنية القصصية والوعظية والرسائل الأخلاقية. ويعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي لفهم الخطاب الأخلاقي، والمنهج الاستقرائي لحصر القيم، إضافة إلى منهج مقارن جزئي عند الحاجة لمقارنة القيم بين السورتين أو مع تفسيرات أخرى. ويستعرض البحث في المبحث الأول القيم الأخلاقية في سورة مريم مثل الصدق والصبر والرحمة والبر، مع تحليل أسلوب ابن عاشور في إبراز هذه القيم. بينما يعرض المبحث الثاني القيم الرئيسة في سورة لقمان مثل الحكمة والتوحيد والبر والتقوى، مع توضيح أسلوب التفسير المقاصدي في تقديمها. أما المبحث الثالث فيقارن بين القيم في السورتين ويحلل نقاط التشابه والاختلاف، كما يبين تأثير الموضوع القرآني على تركيز هذه القيم. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن تفسير ابن عاشور يعكس رؤية شاملة ومتكاملة للبعد الأخلاقي في القرآن، مسهما في إثراء الدراسات القرآنية المعاصرة. This study examines the ethical dimension in the Qur’an, focusing on Surahs Maryam and Luqman, through Al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir by Tahir ibn Ashur, which offers a Maqasid-based and rhetorical perspective on the Qur’anic text. The study highlights the importance of examining ethical values as a fundamental pillar in building both the individual and society. It aims to analyze the ethical system in the two surahs and classify the values into individual, social, and spiritual categories, while emphasizing the integration between the narrative structure, moral exhortation, and ethical messages. The study relies on the analytical method to understand the ethical discourse, the inductive method to identify the values, and a partial comparative method when necessary to compare values between the two surahs or with other interpretations. In the first section, the study reviews ethical values in Surah Maryam, such as truthfulness, patience, mercy, and righteousness, analyzing Ibn Ashur’s method in highlighting these values. The second section presents the main values in Surah Luqman, including wisdom, monotheism, righteousness, and piety, illustrating the Maqasid-based interpretive approach in presenting them. The third section compares the values in the two surahs, analyzing points of similarity and difference, and examining the impact of the Qur’anic theme on the emphasis of these values. The study concludes that Ibn Ashur’s interpretation reflects a comprehensive and integrated vision of the ethical dimension in the Qur’an, contributing to enriching contemporary Qur’anic studies.
