      This study identified 70 NAC genes ( AhypNAC ) in Amaranthus hypochondriacus , classifying them into 24 subfamilies, and characterized their structures, chromosomal distributions, and evolutionary dynamics. Promoter and expression analyses highlighted key genes (e.g., AhypNAC23 , AhypNAC32 , AhypNAC03 ) with potential roles in stress resilience, providing a basis for genetic engineering and breeding to enhance crop productivity.
