Abstract: Namen diplomskega dela je pregled novejših smernic za gradnjo hleva za konje in s tem predstavitev najboljše verzije posodobitve hleva na Postaji konjeniške policije v Ljubljani. Analizirali smo dejansko stanje zastarelega hleva in glede na delo ter prostore izbrali in predstavili najboljše posodobitve, ki bi zadoščale fiziološkim in etnološkim zahtevam konjev ter bile prilagojene delu policistov konjenikov. Predstavili in opisali smo tudi optimalno klimo v hlevu glede na zajeto temperaturo, zračno vlažnost in pline ter gibanje zraka ter svetlobe v hlevu. Pri analizi podatkov in priporočil smo povzeli podatke po švedskih normativih glede na individualne uhlevitve. Opremo in material smo predstavili tudi slikovno, tako da si je lažje predstavljati in predvsem razumeti, zakaj smo se odločili specifično zanje. ; The purpose of the thesis is to review the latest guidelines for the construction of stables for horses and thus present the best version of the modernization of the equestrian police stable in Ljubljana. We analyzed the actual condition of the outdated stable and, based on the work and the premises, selected and presented the best updates that would meet the physiological and etological requirements of the horses and be adapted to the work of mounted police officers. We also presented and described the optimal climate in the barn in terms of temperature, air humidity and gases, as well as the movement of air and light in the barn. When analyzing the data and recommendations, we summarized the data according to the Swedish norms with regard to individual exposures. We also presented the equipment and material in pictures, so that it is easier to imagine and above all to understand why we decided specifically on them.
