    • Abstract:
      The relevance of the topic is also due to the need to develop innovative approaches to the formation of psychological resilience of teams, support for employees in post-traumatic conditions, as well as adaptation of management strategies to the new reality, which includes a high level of uncertainty, threats to life, changes in labor relations and transformation of organizational culture. The purpose of the article is to philosophically and psychologically analyze and conceptualize the psychological aspects of change management in organizations under martial law. To achieve this goal, the article sets the following tasks: 1) to conduct research on the psychological aspects of change management in wartime; 2) to analyze scientific approaches to the problem of psychological support for change management in crisis situations, war conditions and post-war recovery; 3) to identify key psychological factors that influence the implementation of changes by employees of organizations under the influence of stress factors of war. 4) To identify effective practices for managing psychoemotional risks in organizations and provide recommendations for strengthening the psychological resilience of the team. The article examines the psychological aspects of change management in organizations operating in conditions of war challenges and post-war recovery. The focus is on key psycho-emotional factors that influence employees' readiness for change, their adaptation to new working conditions and overall organizational resilience. Effective practices for overcoming resistance to change, stress and professional burnout in teams are analyzed. The role of leadership, communication, social support and institutional support in managing transformational processes is determined. Recommendations are offered for increasing the psychological resilience of personnel, building trust and support in organizational culture, which are critically important for the effective functioning of organizations in crisis situations.
