University Board of Directors Statement of Legal Control Bellevue University is a non-profit university incorporated under the laws of the state of Nebraska. Bellevue University’s main campus is located in Bellevue, Nebraska. The University operates under the policies established by its Board of Directors and its day-to-day operations are administered by the University President, who has the responsibility of managing all aspects of the University. The University President has the authority to exercise policies established by the Board of Directors, execute legal documents, and perform functions as required of corporate officers by law.
