Abstract: This community service aims to improve life and career skills so that students are able to adjust and adapt in society, able to respond to failures, conflicts, and able to find solutions from various different points of view in solving a complex problem. The service activity was attended by 35 class XII students of SMK PGRI 2 Bandar Lampung and the Community Service Implementation Team. This service activity was carried out using discussion methods, psychoeducation, and direct mentoring to 35 students. The result of this activity is the implementation of efforts to improve students' interpersonal skills in understanding good interpersonal communication, students can understand themselves and understand how to behave in communicating with peers and with others. And students gain experience and knowledge in improving interpersonal skills for job readiness.
