    • Abstract:
Dataset for Peetoom Heida et al. (2021). There are 4 data files, one R code file, and a metadata file. The Main_Data_File contains the core data for the study, with species data, soil chemistry, biomass and diversity measurements. The Stem_Map file contains the spatial data for all wolf-willow stems found in the plot. Each stem has a location and several architectural measurements. The Score_Input file is a subset of the Main_Data_File, containing all inputted measurements for the "Wolf-willow score" calculations from the study. The pca_wwscore file contains the results of the ""Wolf-willow score" calculations from the study. The SppRespCSV file contains the output from the generalized linear models run on species occurence in wolf-willow and grassland plots (Figure 5 in text). The metadata file contains metadata for the above files, and includes units where applicable. The R code contains all code needed to produce the analyses and figures in the manuscript.
