La politique identitaire de l'état azerbaïdjanais sur les minorités et ses conséquences sur la situation des minorités éthniques et religieuses en Azerbaïdjan ; The identity policy of the Azerbaijani State on minorities and its consequences on the situation of ethnic and religious minorities in Azerbaijan

Cette étude se concentre sur les minorités ethniques et religieuses et leur situation politique dans la République d’Azerbaïdjan. L’État d’Azerbaïdjan, qui compte la plus grande population du Caucase et qui a obtenu son indépendance en 1991 avec l’effondrement de l’Union soviétique, possède une structure ethnique multiculturelle. Celle-ci est au centre de certains conflits régionaux. Les minorités sont protégées par de nombreux droits, tant en Azerbaïdjan qu’en vertu du droit international. A cet égard, nous avons analysé de près la politique identitaire de l’État azerbaïdjanais à l’égard des minorités. En raison de la position géopolitique de l’État azerbaïdjanais, deux questions sont à l’ordre du jour, la première étant la richesse en hydrocarbures et la seconde la question du Karabakh. Bien entendu, nous avons analysé la question du Karabakh dans le cadre des concepts et des droits des minorités. A cette occasion, nous avons présenté les résultats de diverses recherches afin d’avoir une opinion sur toutes les minorités ethniques et religieuses vivant sur le territoire de l’Azerbaïdjan. ; This study focuses on ethnic and religious minorities and their political situation in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The state of Azerbaijan, which has the largest population in the Caucasus and gained its independence in 1991 with the break-up of the Soviet Union, has a multicultural ethnic structure. This is at the heart of a number of regional conflicts. Minorities are protected by numerous rights, both in Azerbaijan and under international law. In this respect, we have taken a close look at the identity policy of the Azerbaijani state towards minorities.
