The school's desires and frustrations in citizen participation. (English)

One of the basic objectives of the school system is to promote democratic attitudes among students in the classrooms. Citizen participation is one of the aspects that improve such type of education. However, the phase of stating intentions often fails to go beyond this initial stage. The comparative study of two universities in Spain and Colombia will allow us to verify how these desires are formulated and how they are incorporated-or not-in the syllabuses for teacher training in basic education. Uno de los objetivos básicos del sistema escolar consiste en formar actitudes democráticas entre los estudiantes que asisten a sus aulas. La participación ciudadana es uno de los elementos que mejoran dicha formación. Sin embargo, muchas veces las declaraciones de intenciones no superan esta fase inicial. El estudio comparativo de dos universidades de España y Colombia nos permitirá comprobar cómo se formulan estos deseos y cómo se incardinan, o no, en las programaciones de los cursos de formación docente en la educación básica.
