      Reports that a group of mechanical engineers led by Gasim Saleem at Loughborough University in England have discovered the reason why some biscuits crack up a few hours after they are taken out of the oven. Cracking up of biscuits due to the way the biscuits cool down and absorb moisture; Need to adjust the temperature and humidity of bakery production lines.
