- Abstract:
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old male patient with acute onset dysphagia to both solids and liquids with nasal quality of voice for the past four days. It provides details about the pharyngeal-cervical-brachial variant as well as the occurrence of weakness restricted in the oropharyngeal, neck, and proximal upper limb muscles. Information about isolated bulbar palsy, a rare regional variant of Guillain-Barre Syndrome is presented.
