The article presents several misconceptions about germs. Germs from the toilet handle or bathroom knob are said to be more concerning than toilet seats, suggesting to wash hands after using the bathroom. A study reveals that cool water washes the same amount of germs as hot water and emphasizes the importance of using soap to remove more bacteria. Food poisoning is found to be more likely in the home than at a restaurant.
