Development of novel multispecies probiotic mixture.

يمكن استخدام العصيات اللبنية كخمائر حيوية بسبب خصائصها لتعزيز الصحة ولطبيعتها غير المسببة للأمراض. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء العزل والتعريف واختبار خصائص البروبيوتيك لبعض سلالات العصيات اللبنية لإيجاد سلالات مناسبة معزولة من حليب البقر الغير مبستر وعينات من امعاء العجول الرضيعة تتمتع بخصائص البروبيوتيك. وتم الحصول على اثنتين وأربعين عزلة. تم تعريف خمسة سلالات الاكتوباسيلوس تنتمي إلى خمسة أنواع (لاكتوباسيلوس بارابانتاروم سلالة اس 143، ل. بنتوسوس سلالة بي 2-3، ل. بلانتاروم سلالة جي 12، ل. غاسيري سلالة اف. و ل. ريوتيري سلالة إرت). السلالات أظهرت نتائج ملحوظة مثل مقاومة عصارة المعدة الصناعية مع البيبسين وعصارة الأمعاء الدقيقة الصناعية مع البنكرياتين، الحساسية لبعض المضادات الحيوية، ونشاط مضاد للميكروبات جيد والتصاق قوي بمزرعة خلايا الأمعاء السرطانية كاكو -2 مما يرشحهم للاستخدام كبروبيوتيك. وعلاوة على ذلك، تم اختبار التوافق بين السلالات الخمس المختارة ولم يكن هناك نشاط تضادي بينهم. Lactobacilli can be introduced as probiotics because of their health-promoting characteristics and non-pathogenic nature. This study aimed to perform the isolation, molecular identification, and probiotic characterization of some Lactobacillus strains to find candidate strains isolated from unpasteurized milk of Cow and samples of young calves ileum with probiotic activity. Forty- two isolates were obtained، of these, 5 Lactobacillus strains belonging to five species (L. paraplantarum strain S143, L. pentosus strain P2-3, L. plantarum strain J12, L. gasseri strain F. and L. reuteri strain IRT) were identified. They demonstrated remarkable results such as resistant to simulated gastric juices with pepsin and simulated small intestinal juice with pancreatin, susceptible to some antibiotics, good antimicrobial activity and strong adhesion to Caco-2 cell line that candidate them as potential probiotics.
