Organizational Culture and its Role in Administrative Skills Development for high Schools-masters in the Directorate of Education in Basra.

تأتي أهمية البحث في الاطلاع على الثقافة التنظيمية وعناصرها وكيفية الاستفادة منها في تحديث المهارات الإدارية المدراء المدارس لتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة للمؤسسات التعليمية وما تقدمه من خدمات للمجتمع . وبناء على ذلك يتطلب من المؤسسات التربوية التعليمية الاهتمام بتطوير الثقافة التنظيمية وتحديث المهارات الإدارية لمدراء المدارس ، لكي يتمكن الجميع من مواكبة متطلبات التقدم العلمي والتقني الحاصل في هذا الوقت . وكان هدف البحث : 1- التعرف على الثقافة التنظيمية ودورها في تحديث المهارات الإدارية لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية في مديرية تربية محافظة البصرة . وتم استنتاج ما يلي : 1- الثقافة التنظيمية التي تميز بها مدراء المدارس كان لها دور في تحديث مهاراتهم الإدارية في إدارة مدارسهم . وتم التوصية ب : 1- استعمال مقياس الثقافة التنظيمية ومقياس تحديث المهارات الإدارية ضمن متطلبات كفاية الأداء الوظيفي السنوي لمدراء المدارس. The importance of this research is by following the organizational culture and its elements and how to direct in the right direction to develop the administrative skills of the schoolmasters in order to achieve the required goals of the educational facilities and the services provided by them.Based on that its required from the educational facilities to put more efforts developing the organized education and developing the administrative skills so that’s everyone will be able to be in the same line of todaysboth technical and scientific requirements level. The research objective was: 1-Knowing the organizational culture and its role in developing the administrative skills for high schools-masters in the Directorate of Education in Basra. The following was concluded: 1- The organizational culture for the high schools-mastershad a great impact developing their own administrative skills which leads to proper management for the high schools. It was recommended: 1-Use the organizational culture scale and administrative skills of development scale within the annuls evaluation requirements for career performance for the high school.
