LA SUBASTA JUDICIAL ESPAÑOLA Y LA VENDITA FORZATA ITALIANA DE BIENES INMUEBLES A CONFRONTO: UNA APROXIMACIÓN.

Through the present research work, we have carried out a comparative study of the Spanish judicial auction and the Italian vendita forzata of real estate with the essential aim of being able to establish which are the elements -of a marked or notorious nature- that connect and separate -respectively- both procedural institutions, which in their respective legal systems are the main instrument of realisation or disposal of a forced nature. A través del presente trabajo de investigación, realizamos una aproximación al estudio comparado de la subasta judicial española y la vendita forzata italiana de bienes inmuebles con el objetivo esencial de poder fijar cuales son los elementos -que de marcado o notorio carácter- conectan y alejan -respectivamente- a ambas instituciones procesales, las cuales se alzan en sus respectivos ordenamientos jurídicos como el principal instrumento de realización o enajenación de carácter forzoso.
