الوعي النمموي لدى المرأة الأردنية الريفية دراسة نوعية في قرية الملاحات/الاغوار الوسطى

جاءت اللراسة بهدف التعرف إلى الوعي السموي لدى المرأة بقضايا النوع الاجتماعي، والظلم والاضطهاد والتمييز الوانع عليها، ووعيها بالحقوق السياسية والمدنية الناظمة لحقوق المرأة، اضافة إلى بحث أليات التغيير التي تستخدمها ني مواجهة العنف الجمعي الوادع عليها. ولتحقيق الأهداف، طبقت الدراسة على عيتة تكونت من) ٢٢ (امرأة ريفية ني قرية ألملاحات الأردنية، من مختلف الفئات العمرية والمستويات التعليمية، بأستخدام أسلوب العيتة الفرضية، وبالاعتماد على المقابلات شبه المعمقة، كأداة لجمع المعلومات، بعد أن اعداد استمارة تضمنت اسئلة مفتوحة تتاسب والبحث التوعي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المرأة الريفية الأردنية لديها وعي ومعرفة بما يقع عليها من عتف وتمييز وقهر اجتماعي، وهي مدركة لحقها في التعليم وصنع القرار والعمل في بيئة أمنة، وحقها في الميراث على الرغم من حرمانها من هذه الحقوق بسبب المتغلومة الأبوية المائدة، كما أنها تمارس أدوارها بحسب توقعات الجتمع منها لا يحسب رؤيتها لذاتها، مم يحعلها ترى نفسها بعين الجمع، علماًبأن أليات التغيير لديها نكمن في الحوار والتقاش فقط، فهي لا تقوى على أي عمل أخر. This study aims to examine women's consciousness of rural Jordanian women by examining their level of conscience of gender issues, their conscience of injustice, oppression and discrimination against them, theii' knowledge of their social and economic rights, and their knowledge of the laws that govern women's rights. Moreover, It examines changing mechanisms that women use to encounter societal violence. To achieve the objectives, the study was applied to a sample of (22) rural women in the Jordanian village of Al-Malahat using the objective sample method from different age groups and educational levels. Based on semi-indepth interviews as a tool for collecting information, a questionnaire was prepared that included open-ended questions suitable for the qualitative study. Tire study concluded that Jordanian rural women have consciousness and knowledge of violence, discrimination, and social oppression practiced against them. Also, they Recognize their rights of education, decision-making, working in a safe environment, and the right to inheritance despite denying these rights due to the prevailing patriarchal system. Women practice their roles according to the expectations of society and not according to their own vision. As a result, they see themselves in the eyes of society, knowing that, for them, changing mechanisms lie in dialogue and debate only so Jordanian women are not capable of any other practice.
