دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية في وقاية طلبة الدراسات العليا من الممارسات السلوكية المناقضة لأخلاقيات العلم )دراسة تقويمية في ضوء السنة النبوية المطهرة(.

The Role of Faculty of Education Members in Protecting Postgraduate Students from Contradicted Behavioral Practices of Science Ethics (An Evaluative Study in The Light of the Purified Prophetic Sunnah).

هدفت الدراسة الى اشتقاق الممارسات السلوكية المناقضة لأخلاقيات العلم كما جاءت في السنة النبوية المطهرة، وتحديد درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية في الجامعة الإسلامية لدورهم في وقاية طلبة الدراسات العليا منها واستخدم الباحثان أسلوب التحليل الكيفي، والمنهج الوصفي الكمي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة قوامها ) 150 ( طالباً وطالبة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة مستوىً كبيراً لممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدورهم في وقاية طلبتهم من الممارسات السلوكية المناقضة لأخلاقيات العلم، ولم تكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات الطلبة لهذا الدور، تبعاً لمتغيرات )الجنس ، التخصص ، المعدل التراكمي ( وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اجتهاد أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتعزيز خُلق التعبد لله بالعلم، والتواضع العلمي، واقتران العلم بالعمل لدى طلبتهم، وتمثُل أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأخلاقيات العلم؛ ليقتدي بهم طلبتهم [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The study aimed to derive behavioral practices contrary to the ethics of science, as stated in the purified Sunnah, and determining the degree of practice of faculty members at the College of Education at Islamic University for their role in protecting students of high studies from it. The researchers used the qualitative analysis method, and the quantitative descriptive approach, and the study tool was applied to a sample it consisted of (150) male and female students, and the results of the study showed a great level of faculty members' practice of their role in protecting their students from behavioral practices that were contrary to scientific ethics, and it did not reveal any significant statistical differences estimate of sample individuals for this role, according to the variables (gender, specialization, GPA). The study recommended the necessity of the faculty members' diligence to promote the ethics of devotion to Allah with science, scientific modesty, and the combination of science with work for their students, and representing faculty members' to the ethics of science, in order to be a model for their students.
