      The article discusses ways on how school leaders may rethink solutions to challenges confronting the educational system in the wake of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Topics explored include the significant change in schooling practices and routines due to the pandemic, the way asking questions allows one to reflect on new opportunities brought by change, and the possible collaboration between educators and the community in the rethinking process.
