Approaches to Human Resource Development in Primary Schools in Egypt.

The aim of the research is to identify the approaches to human resource development in primary schools in Egypt, and the research employed the descriptive approach by analyzing the literature that dealt with the subject of the research. Education in primary schools is linked to human resources, the development of their performance and personalities, and effective participation in facing the challenges of the educational process in primary schools in Egypt. Competitive ability - the learning organization, and that the employment of these approaches in the development of human resources in primary schools works to support initiatives and creative ideas of human resources in schools, as it works to create and develop an environment that incubates and encourages creativity and becomes part of its culture that it transmits from one generation to another, and this is reflected its systems, structures, procedures and incentives system that they adopt, and it also contributes to standing up to doubts. The tools that face human resources in schools, studying and analyzing them using scientific methods and methods, proposing appropriate solutions to them and following up on their implementation, and working to provide content management and accessibility, in light of the technology that helps in the manufacture, dissemination and application of electronic educational and training contents via the Internet and other media. دف البحث إلى الوقوف عمى مداخل تنمية الموارد البشرية بمدارس التعميم االبتدائي في مصر، ووظّف البحث المنيج الوصفي من خالل تحميل األدبيات التي تناولت موضوع البحث، ُ وأظيرت نتائج البحث أن بنى عمى تنمية الموارد البشرية في المدارس االبتدائية في مصر ت مجموعة من المبادئ، منيا أن نجاح العممية التعميمية في المدارس االبتدائية مرتبط بالموارد البشرية وت عميمية ر أدائيم وشخصياتيم، والمشاركة الفعالة في مواجية تحديات العممية التَّ ّ طو بالمدارس االبتدائية في مصر، وحدد البحث مداخل تنمية الموارد البشرية في المدارس االبتدائية إدارة الجودة ال اممة- َّش في المداخل التالية: "اإلدارة االستراتيجية- إدارة التميز- إدارة المعرفة- التَّ - المنظمة المتعممة، وأن توظيف ىذه المداخل في تنمية الموارد البشرية بمدارس القدرة نافسية التعميم االبتدائي يعمل عمى دعم المبادرات واألفكار اإلبداعية لمموارد البشرية بالمدارس، كما أنيا تعمل عمى خمق وتنمية بيئة ت ُ ُصبح ج ّع اإلبداع وي ُشج ً حتضن وت ا زء من ثقافتيا التي تنقميا من ج ارءاتيا ومنظومة الح تبناىا، جيل إلى أخر، وينعكس ذلك عمى أنظمتيا وىياكميا وا وافز التي ت ُ ُ كما أنو ي سيم في الوقوف عمى المشكالت التي تواجو الموارد البشرية في المدارس، ودراستيا وتحميميا باألساليب والطرق العممية، واقتراح الحمول المناسبة ليا ومتابعة تنفيذىا، والعمل عمى ُساعد في ِصناعة قنيات التَّكنولوجيا التي ت توفير إدارة المحتوى وسيولة الوصول إليو، في ظل ت ونشر وتطبيق المحتويات الِّد ارسية والتَّدريبية اإللكترونية عبر شبكة اإلنترنت وغيرىا من الوسائط.
