      هدف البحث إىل التعرف على مستوى اإلبداع اإلداري لدى موظفي جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليمنية، استخدم البحث املنهج الوصفي )دراسة احلالة(، واستهدف مجيع العاملني يف جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا )أكادمييني وإداريني وفنيني( والبالغ عددهم )640( فردا، مت اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة عدد أفرادها )270( فردا،ً متثلت أداة البحث يف االستبانة، وتوصل البحث إىل عدة نتائج أبرزها: - حصل مستوى اإلبداع اإلداري بأبعاده الستة على مستوى مرتفع، مبتوسط حسابي )3.99(، واحنراف معياري )0.468(، ونسبة مئوية .%79.8 - ال توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بني استجابات أفراد العينة يف مجيع أبعاد اإلبداع اإلداري حسب متغريات )النوع، املؤهل العلمي، طبيعة العمل، املسمى الوظيفي، سنوات اخلدمة(. وخلص البحث إىل عدة توصيات أبرزها: - عقد دورات تدريبية لتنمية مهارات اإلبداع اإلداري لدى العاملني يف جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا، وحتديدا ما يتعلق مبجالي اإلحساس باملشكالت، واألصالة؛ كونهما احتال املراتب األخرية.     • Abstract:
      The research aimed to identify The level of Administrative Creativity among the Employees of the Yemeni University of Science and Technology, and to Identify the reality of the Quality of Work Life, as well as the level of Administrative Creativity among the Employees of the Yemeni University of Science and Technology. The research was conducted on all Employees at the University of Science and Technology (academics, Administrators and Technicians), who numbered (640) Individuals. A simple random sample of (270) Individuals was selected. The study tool was the questionnaire. To analyze the data, the researcher used the SPSS program, and the research reached Several Results, most notably: -The level of Administrative Creativity in it's six dimensions was high, with an arithmetic mean (3.99), and a standard deviation (0.468(. -There are no Statistically Significant differences between the responses of the sample members in all dimensions of Administrative Creativity according to the variables (Gender, Academic Qualification, Nature of work, Job Title, Years of Service). The research concluded with several recommendations, most notably: - Holding training courses to develop the skills of managerial creativity among employees at the University of Science and Technology, specifically with regard to the areas of problem perception and originality; As they ranked last.
