Exclusion of Classical Arabic from Use: A Study of Instances, Reasons, and Threats. (English)

The study aims to document the current situation of Classical Arabic language by using a descriptive method to identify the instances in which language has been excluded and replaced by local dialects and other languages such as English and French. It also attempts to highlight the reasons behind this exclusion and its threats to both individuals and the language itself. The study is divided into an introduction, and three sections and a conclusion. Results showed that the abandonment of Classical Arabic by both individuals and society was the reason for the current problems the language faces with regard to understanding Quran and Hadith clear texts, prevailing colloquial language, and errors in speech, grammar, and morphology. It was also revealed that neglect of Arabic language education among Arabs, the poor contemporary poetry quality due to the impact of local dialects and failure to adhere to language rules were among the key reasons for the Classical Arabic current reality. The study recommended further focused research in the field, warning of colloquial and foreign languages infiltration threats. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يهدفالبحثإلىرصد حال اللغة العربية الفصحى اليوم، وذلك باستعمال املنهج الوصفي لرصد حلت محلها اللهجات املحلية، واللغات ألا ُ يت عنها الفصحى، وأ ّ ح ُ املواضع التي ن ُ ر ر َخ كاإلنجليزية والفرنسية وغيرهما، ويهدف كذلك إلى بيان أسباب تلك التنحية، وَخطرها على الناس وعلى اللغة نفسها، وذلك في مقدمة وتمهيد وثالثة مطالب، وينتهي إلى نتائج منها أن َخذالن الخاصة والعامة للفصحى وزهدهم فيها هو السبب الجامع ملشكالتها اليوم، وكان لذلك أثر في عدم فهم الواضح من ً نصوص الكتاب و ا، ا وصرف ً ونحو ً السنة، وفي شيوع اللحن، والخطأ في الكالم لغة وإهمال غير قليل من ألاسر العربية تعليم أبنائها العربية، ورداءة كثير من الشعر املعاصر؛ لغزو العامية إياه، مع ما فيه من إَخالل بقواعد اللغة، وغير ذلك من النتائج، ويوص ي الباحث بتكثيف الدراسات في هذا امليدان، والتحذير من َخطر توغل العامية واللغات ألاجنبية.
