The author shares the reflection practices that he developed into a regular daily habit over the years. Topics include the author's use of an After-Action Review (AAR) process in instructional coaching to look back on how an activity went and look ahead to identify what to do better next time, the five essential elements needed for lasting happiness and well-being such as positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment (PERMA), and doing a life-giving review.
