Kooperations-Kulturen, Netzwerk-Kulturen, Beziehungs-Kulturen: Zusammenarbeiten in der Weiterbildung. (German)

First of all, a cursory overview is given of the topic of co-operation in the field of continuing education and its semantic shifts in recent decades. The concept of culture refers to the relational nature and quality of co-operative relationships. From a relational perspective, the importance of professional cooperative learning contexts is emphasised and a plea is made for new partnerships - as can also be observed in other social fields. At the same time, greater self-reflection and self-assurance of the social integration of continuing education in complex networks of actors is encouraged. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Zunächst wird ein kursorischer Überblick über das Kooperationsthema im Feld der Weiterbildung in den letzten Jahrzehnten und seine semantischen Verschiebungen gegeben. Der Kultur-Begriff verweist auf die Beziehungshaftigkeit und die Qualität kooperativer Beziehungen. Aus einer relationalen Perspektive wird der Stellenwert professioneller kooperativer Lernzusammenhänge unterstrichen und für neue Partnerschaften plädiert - so wie sie auch in anderen gesellschaftlichen Feldern zu beobachten sind. Zugleich wird eine stärkere Selbstreflexion und Selbstvergewisserung der sozialen Eingebundenheit der Weiterbildung in komplexen Akteursnetzen angeregt. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
