Future vision for the development of mental health specialization in Egyptian universities in light of Egypt's Vision 2030.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم رؤية لتطوير تخصص الصحة النفسية في الجامعات المصرية في ضوء رؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰ ، من خلال ثلاث مراحل الأولى: وتناولت وصفاً لواقع تخصص الصحة النفسية، واستعراض جوانب القوة والضعف، والفرص والتهديدات التي تواجهه أما المرحلة الثانية فقد تناولت صياغة الرؤية المستقبلية لتخصص الصحة النفسية من خلال عدة عناصر : أولا : تحديد الرؤية والرسالة والقيم الحاكمة للنهوض بتخصص الصحة النفسية ثانيا: محاور الرؤية المستقبلية المقترحة لتطوير تخصص الصحة النفسية وقد تناول المحور الأول : تطوير التعليم والتعلم في تخصص الصحة النفسية، بينما تناول المحور الثاني تطوير البحث العلمي في مجال الصحة النفسية، أما المحور الثالث فقد تناول تطوير خدمة المجتمع التي يقدمها تخصص الصحة النفسية. ثالثا : صياغة الأهداف الاستراتيجية والفرعية لتخصص الصحة النفسية. وفى المرحلة الثالثة: تم إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية لتطوير تخصص الصحة النفسية، كما تم تحديد متطلبات تنفيذ الرؤية المقترحة لتطوير تخصص الصحة النفسية، وآليات متابعة تنفيذ الرؤية المقترحة لتطوير التخصص، كما قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات المقترحة. The current study aims to provide a vision for the development of mental health specialization in Egyptian universities in the light of Egypt's Vision 2030 through three phases: the first: a description of the realities of mental health specialization, a review of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by it .The second phase dealt with the formulation of the future vision in mental health specialization through several elements: I: Defining the vision, mission and values governing the promotion of mental health specialization, II: Proposed Future Vision for the Development of Mental Health Specialty: First: Development of education and learning in the field of mental health. The second axis dealt with the development of scientific research in the field of mental health. The third is the development of the community service offered by the specialization of mental health. Third: Formulation of strategic and subobjectives for the specialization of mental health. In the third phase, the strategic plan for the development of the specialization of mental health was prepared. The requirements for the implementation of the proposed vision for the development of the specialization of mental health and the mechanisms for the follow-up of the implementation of the proposed vision for the development of the specialization were also set out.
