The effect of adopting social responsibility on organizational excellence _ Case study of Algeria Telecom, Ouargla_.

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير تبني المسؤولية االجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي من خالل دراسة ميدانية في المديرية العملياتية لمؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر ورقلة، اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و استخدامنا كل من اإلستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، ، تم توزيع05 استبيان على الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، و قد تم تحليل النتائج باالعتماد على برنامج SPSS باإلضافة الى مجموعة من األدوات واألساليب اإلحصائية. توصلت الدراسة الى أن المؤسسة تلتزم بتطبيق أبعاد المسؤولية االجتماعية بمستوى مرتفع؛ يوجد مستوى مرتفع من التميز التنظيمي لدى الموظفين اإلداريين لمؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر ورقلة؛ هناك عالقة طردية متوسطة بين المسؤولية االجتماعية والتميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة؛ هناك تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق المسؤولية االجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to recognizee. The effect of social responsibility on organizational excellence via an empirical study in the operational direction, Of Algeria Telecom Corporation Ouargla. We adopted the descriptive method using the questionnaire and the interview as tools to collect the information The 60 questionnaires were distributed to the employees in the corporation under study and the results were analyzed depending on" SPSS "statistical package for the social sciences " program in addition to a set of statistical tools and methods. The study concluded that the enterprise is committed to apply social responsibility to a high level. There is a high level of organizational excellence money the administrative staff of Algeria Telecom Corporation; there is a positive relationship between social responsibility and organizational excellence in the corporation under study; and there is a positive effect of applying social responsibility on organizational excellence in the enterprise under study.
