التسوق في مواسم تخفيضات وأعياد غير المسلمين من خلال عيد رأس السنة: دراسة فقهية.

Shopping During Non-Muslims' Sale Offer Seasons and Holidays through New Year's Eve: A Jurisprudential Study.

يهدف البحث إلى بيان حكم التسوق أثناء التخفيضات المقدمة في مواسم وأعياد غير المسلمين، وإيراد لمحة تاريخية عن عيد رأس السنة الميلادية بوصفها أنموذجا للأعياد التي تقدم فيها التخفيضات، وبيان حكم مشاركة غير المسلمين في أعيادهم. وقد استعمل البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي الاستنباطي. ويتكون من مقدمة ومبحثين المبحث الأول: مصلحات البحث ومقدماته الأساسية، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب المبحث الثاني: التسوق في مواسم تخفيضات وأعياد غير المسلمين وفيه مطلبان، وتوصل إلى الآتي: يحرم على المسلمين مشاركة الكفار أعيادهم ومناسباتهم التي يختصون بها سواء كانت أعياد ومناسبات دينية أو غيرها، ويحرم على المسلمين التشبه بالكفار وموافقتهم في أعيادهم وعاداتهم ومواسهم التي يختصون بها، ويجوز للمسلمين الشراء والبيع من الكفار في مواسم تخفيضاتهم ووقت أعيادهم بقيود وضوابط. The study aims to elucidate the ruling on shopping during the sale discounts offered during seasons and holidays of non-Muslims, providing a historical overview of New Year's Eve as a case in point, and explaining the ruling on participating in non-Muslims holidays. The inductive, analytical deductive approach was employed. The study consists of an introduction and two sections. The first section defined, in three subsections, the study terminology and its basic introductory concepts. The second section discussed, in two subsections, shopping during non-Muslims' discount seasons and holidays. The study findings revealed that it is forbidden for Muslims to participate in the holidays and celebrations of disbelievers, be they religious or otherwise. It was also concluded that it is prohibited for Muslims to model after disbelievers in their own holidays, customs, and gatherings. However, it is permissible for Muslims to buy and sell from non-Muslims during their sale discount seasons and holiday times with restrictions and conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
