- Abstract:
The article presents suggestions for cash management practices at business enterprises. Working capital is an effective barometer of a firm's operational and financial efficiency. Experts suggest delaying suppliers as long as possible and keeping stocks levels lean. They also recommend avoiding prolific new product introductions without establishing clear product-range management strategies, steering clear of arbitrary top-down targets, and the implementation of effective ongoing collection procedures to prevent excess overdues or build-up of old debtors.
