سعت هذه الدراسة تشخيص وقياس العلاقات المنطقية بين متغيرات الدراسة المتمثلة بين تكنو استراتيجية لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي، وتهدف إلى زيادة قيود الأبحاث القائمة على الجوانب المعرفية والتنظيمية والتجريبية لهذه العلاقات من خلال المسح لبعض الدراسات السابقة، وصممت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر التحليل الاستنتاجي في المجال المعرفي والتجريبي لأنموذج وفرضيات الدراسة"، "تم تجميع بيانات الدراسة لعينة من المصارف التجارية في محافظات الفرات الأوسط البالغ عددها (۳۲) مصرفاً، "كونها تمثل جزء من الاقتصاد الوطني في البلد والتي باتت تواجه تحديات كبيرة سببها التغييرات المتسارعة من ظروف صحية وأمنية وسياسية", "حيث اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على عينة من العاملين في هذه المصارف، صممت أداة الاستبانة على مقياس (ليكرت الخماسي اذ اعتمد الباحث على مقاييس رصينة تم اختبار صدقها وثباتها من خلال الوسائل والأساليب الإحصائية بطريقة التحليل العاملي التوكيدي", " وتمت معالجة البيانات من خلال استخدام البرامجيات الإحصائية المتقدمة ( Pulls Smart) وبرنام (Spss v.21)".
