The impact of strategic leadership on organizational excellence in banks operating in the city of Dhamar.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى أبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية ومستوى التميز التنظيمي لدى العاملين في البنوك العاملة بمدينة ذمار. بالإضافة الى تحليل تأثير الريادة الاستراتيجية في التميز التنظيمي لدى العاملين في البنوك العاملة بمدينة ذمار ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات وتم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم توزيع (98) استبانة على العاملين في البنوك العاملة في مدينة ذمار وقد أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الريادة الاستراتيجية لدى العاملين في البنوك جاءت بمستوى متوسط في حين جاء مستوى التميز التنظيمي بمستوى مرتفع، بالإضافة الى وجود علاقة تأثير بين الريادة الاستراتيجية والتميز التنظيمي لدى العاملين في البنوك العاملة في مدينة ذمار. This study aimed to identify the level of strategic leadership and organizational excellence among employees in banks operating in Dhamar city. In addition to analyzing the impact of strategic leadership on organizational excellence among workers in banks operating in Dhamar city. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was used for the purpose of data collection and was distributed to members of the study sample, and (98) questionnaires were distributed to workers in banks operating in Dhamar city . The results of this study indicated that the level of strategic leadership among bank employees came at a medium level, while the level of organizational excellence came at a high level, in addition to the existence of an impact relationship between strategic leadership and organizational excellence among employees of banks operating in the city of Dhamar.
