Creative thinking in local administrations and its impact on sustainable development. (English)

The research aims to identify (creative thinking in local administrations and its impact on sustainable development) in the province of Babil / service departments in Abi Gharak district). It has been fully retrieved and is valid for statistical analysis. The research was based on the use of statistical programming represented by the statistical system (SPSS.24) to measure the relationship between its variables and the program (AMOS V 24). The research reached a set of recommendations, including that the organization should adopt creative thinking and urge the service departments to develop it through the adoption of development and training methods because of its impact, as well as preparing a guide for sustainable development in each department to be a reference for it and for the employee to be aware and aware of what sustainable development is. And its importance to society and to be a reference and guide to which the department refers to the advancement of sustainable development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على التفكير الإبداعي في الإدارات المحلية وتأثيره على التنمية المستدامة في محافظة بابل / الدوائر الخدمية في ناحية أبي غرق، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إذ تم توزيع (125) استمارة استبيان على الإدارات الوسطى في الدوائر الخدمية وقد تم استرجاعها بالكامل وهي صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، واستند البحث في الوصول إلى نتائجه على استعمال البرمجة الإحصائية والمتمثلة بالنظام الإحصائي (24) SPSS) لقياس العلاقة بين متغيراته وبرنامج (24) AMOS V) وتوصل البحث إلى وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير طردية موجبة بين التفكير الإبداعي والتنمية المستدامة. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها يجب على المنظمة تبني التفكير الإبداعي وحث الدوائر الخدمية على تنميته من خلال اعتماد أساليب التنمية والتدريب لما له من تأثير وكذلك اعداد دليل خاص بالتنمية المستدامة في كل دائرة ليكون مرجع لها وليكون الموظف على علم ودراية بماهية التنمية المستدامة واهميتها للمجتمع وتكون له مرجع ودليل تعود اليه الدائرة للنهوض بالتنمية المستدامة [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
