      The article discusses a new type of tomographic radar that would enable the computer to create detailed images. It is noted that to get different images, the radar sends out several frequencies and the reflected echoes are analyzed by an optical-processing technique. The radar's capability of detecting a solar panel on a satellite in any weather condition is discussed.
