      The article comments on the economy of Argentina, mentioning the country's president Raúl Alfonsín's call for help to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the foreign bankers. It is opined that the creditors and the Treasury Department of the U.S. have not enforced any such conditions that may put Argentina's financial situation to extremity. It is suggested that the U.S. should do everything to help Argentina to avoid any international instability.
