Civil Liability Insurance for Traffic Accidents: An Applied Study of the Case of SAA Insurance Company.

تتناول هذه الدراسة نظام التأمين على المسؤولية المدنية الناشئة عن الحوادث المرورية، مع التركيز على شركة التأمين SAA في الجزائر. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الجوانب القانونية والتنظيمية لهذا النوع من التأمين، وتقييم كفاءة معالجة ملفات التعويض. أظهرت النتائج وجود تحديات مثل التأخر في تسوية الملفات وضعف الوعي التأميني لدى بعض المؤمن لهم. توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية وتعزيز التوعية القانونية لتحسين فعالية نظام التأمين وضمان حقوق المتضررين. This article aims to study the civil liability insurance system resulting from traffic accidents, as a legal and economic means aimed at protecting those affected by accidents and ensuring that they receive fair and prompt compensation .The study addressed the legal and regulatory aspects of this type of insurance in Algeria, with a focus on the legislative framework .Which governs the relationship between the insurer, the insured, and the injured, based on the descriptive and analytical approach to interpreting the concepts related to civil liability and insurance In addition to the applied approach through a case study of insurance company SAA, the study included an analysis of the company's documents, statistics about compensation and the efficiency of administrative and financial treatment of accidents. The results showed that SAA plays an essential role in implementing the civil liability insurance system, with number of challenges: delay in settling compensation, weak insurance awareness among some insureds, and discrepancies in the interpretation of some legal texts. The study concluded with a set of recommendations: simplification of administrative procedures, improving damage assessment mechanisms, enhancing legal awareness among citizens, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
