استصحاب الحال أصل من أصول تقعيد النحو العربي.

"Istishab al-Hal" as a Foundation in the Codification of Arabic Grammar.

اعتمد النحاة الأوائل في تقعيدهم النحو العربي على أصول عدة، منها السماع والقياس، واستصحاب الحال وغيرها، وكان بعض هذه الأصول والأدلة واضح لا لبس فيه، وبعضها انتابه شيء من الغموض، وأقصد به استصحاب الحال ولما كانت العلوم اللغوية في غالبيتها قد قامت لخدمة القرآن الكريم، فإن بعض هذه الأصول، بل غالبيتها نجدها مشتركة بين أصول النحو وأصول الفقه، ولما كان هذا الأصل استصحاب الحال غير واضح في كتب نحو الأوائل كالخليل وسيبويه وغيرهم، وقد حاول عدد من الباحثين توضيح هذا الأصل، إلا أنه ما زال بحاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسات والمقالات التي تثري هذا المصطلح وتنيره وتوضحه. الأهداف: هدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم استصحاب الحال، والتعريف بآراء العلماء فيه، وتوضيح بعض مسائله. المنهجية اعتمد الباحث في معالجة قضية البحث على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي لمناسبتهما موضوع الدراسة. النتائج توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها توضيح مصطلح استصحاب الحال، وموقعه من أصول النحو والفقه، وموقف علماء النحو منه، وأن التطبيق هو الوسيلة المثلى لفهم مضمونه. الخلاصة : ألقت هذه الدراسة الضوء على قضية مهمة وعلى أصل مهم من أصول تقعيد النحو العربي، فالاستصحاب يعني التمسك بحكم ثابت في الماضي عند الشك في بقائه في الحاضر أو المستقبل. Early Arab grammarians relied on several principles to establish the rules of Arabic grammar, including alsama‘, al-qiyas, and istishab al-hal, among others. Some of these principles and proofs were clear and unambiguous, while others, notably istishab al-hal, were shrouded in some obscurity. Given that linguistic sciences were primarily developed to serve the Qur’an, many of these principles, including istishab al-hal, are shared between Arabic grammar and Islamic jurisprudence. However, this principle remains inadequately addressed in the works of early grammarians such as Al-Khalil, Sibawayh. Although some researchers have attempted to clarify this principle, it still requires further studies and articles to enrich and elucidate its meaning. Objectives: This study aims to shed light on the concept of istishab al-hal, explore scholars’ perspectives on it, clarify some of its issues. Methodology: The researcher employed descriptive and analytical approaches. Results: The study reached several key conclusions, most notably: it clarified the concept of istishab al-ḥāl, defined its position among the principles of grammar and jurisprudence, and presented the various perspectives of grammarians on this notion. Conclusion: This study highlights a significant issue and a crucial principle in establishing Arabic grammar rules.
