      This article reveals that Colombia wants to establish an army Search and Rescue/Medevac program and plan to buy two Sikorsky UTX UH-60L Medevac Black Hawk helicopters, equipment and services. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified the U.S. Congress of the potential Foreign Military Sale in October 2005. The proposed sale would aid U.S. foreign policy and national security by helping improve the security of a friendly country that is important in the war on drugs.
