  The article deals with the introduction of whole grain breads and sweet products in U.S. supermarket bakeries. Kowalski is paying close attention to the taste profiles of whole grains. It introduced whole grain bread in the U.S. market in April 2006 and then launched hamburger, hot dog and bratwurst buns with a similar formulation.
