      The article discusses the results of IOMA's 2007 Outsourcing and Shared Services Survey in the U.S. The most cited concerns of the respondents include the issues of hiring and managing outsourcing vendors as well as choosing the right provider and ensuring that services are delivered on time. Respondents suggested on the need to provide continual training with service providers and its staff. It also highlights the advantage of outsourcing in controlling cost.
